My bathroom is a little smaller, about 40sf, and I got the Panasonic whisper remodel that does 80. I like Panasonic. I got one years ago since I needed a vertical mount bathroom fan and Panasonic made one.

They are extremely efficient, quiet, have variable options for sizing and extra features (humidity, motion, air exchanges etc.) They are the only fans I've allowed on any of our projects since the early 2000s unless an ultra premium works within the needs and budget.
